Water Restoration

Water damages can be caused by a myriad of plumbing issues as such as a sump pump failure, power outages, ruptured or frozen water supply lines, broken or loose ice maker or toilet supply water lines or old worn out shut-off valves. Water damages can also be caused by storm water infiltration from rain, snow and melting ice allowing water into the interior of your home. Derogated roof shingles, leaking windows, doors and even loose or poorly installed siding and flashing are also common causes for water infiltration.

When these damages go unnoticed or happen while you are away, they can cause significant damages to the interior of your home. The first step stopping the source of the water infiltration. This may be accomplished by installing a temporary tarp on the exterior of your home to stop additional water from entering your home, in the event the problem is a storm related leak. If your water damages are being caused by a plumbing issue, the first step would be to have a licensed plumber stop the leak as soon as possible. As with any water loss it is crucial to eliminate the source of the water infiltration as quickly as possible, to minimize the damages to your home.

After the source of the leak has been identified and corrected, even if temporarily by means of a tarp the next step is instituting mitigation protocols.

Water removal, drying and dehumidification are all components of mitigation. Mitigation will be the next step required when you have a water loss and we partner with several mitigation companies that will get your home dried out in preparation for the actual water damage restoration. When we are confident that the drying process has been completed, we will develop an estimate and strategy to make your repairs.

Rest assured, we will restore your home to get it back to its pre-loss condition as quickly as possible.
